To kick off the new year, Code Blue hosted an in-depth professional webinar exploring the evolving landscape of cyber crisis management as we transition from 2025 into 2026.

We were honored to host a panel of top-tier industry experts: Refael Franco, CEO & Founder of Code Blue; Zohar Cohen, CISO at Migdal; Josh Sadiel, Cyber Director at NTA; Dvir Schonberg, COO at Code Blue; and Yogev Nachum, Sales Director at Code Blue.

Together, we distilled the essential insights every management team and CISO must internalize for the coming year:

  • 2025 Lessons: The past year has shown us that cyber threats have become faster and more sophisticated. The primary shift is the move from “isolated” attacks to multi-dimensional offensive campaigns that require a holistic organizational response.
  • The Iranian Dimension: Increased activity in the cyber sphere has fundamentally changed national and organizational risk perceptions. A cyber event is no longer just a “technical failure”; it is a strategic incident with broad geopolitical and cognitive implications.
  • The Real Readiness Gap: We’ve found that the most significant gap isn’t technological—it’s human and procedural. While organizations are equipped with top-tier systems, they often lack a shared “crisis language” between the CISO and senior management.
  • Decision-Making Under Uncertainty: In the “fog of war,” the guiding principle is transparency combined with rigid prioritization. You cannot wait for a full picture; you must act based on the organization’s core values and business continuity.
  • What’s Outdated for 2026? Reactive “wait and see” crisis management strategies are no longer viable. The reality of 2026 demands active, flexible management and full synchronization between all stakeholders—well before an incident begins.

The Bottom Line: The most practical step any organization can take right now is early synchronization. Ensure that management and technical teams speak the same language and clearly understand their roles within a crisis.

A huge thank you to our speakers for sharing their field-tested expertise. We are heading into 2026 with confidence and high readiness.
