Dark Web Marketplaces Facilitate Large-Scale Sale of Stolen Financial Data, Credentials, and PII Across Multiple Platforms

Between September 24-30, 2026, multiple threat actors allegedly conducted coordinated sales operations across at least eight dark web marketplaces, offering stolen financial credentials, payment card data, and personally identifiable information (PII) targeting financial institutions, retailers, and consumers across multiple countries. The significance of this activity lies in the scale and sophistication of the criminal infrastructure, with actors allegedly offering comprehensive fraud toolkits including RDP access, SOCKS5 proxies, CVV data, SSN fullz, and banking credentials from major US financial institutions. The convergence of multiple vendors operating simultaneously across different platforms suggests an established and mature criminal ecosystem facilitating financial fraud, identity theft, and unauthorized access at scale. Organizations in the financial services sector face immediate risk from these allegedly compromised credentials, while the availability of complete identity packages (fullz) enables sophisticated fraud schemes including account takeover, synthetic identity fraud, and pig butchering operations.

  • Multiple threat actors allegedly advertised stolen credit card data (CVV) from 52,698+ cards across US, Canada, Brazil, UK, UAE, and other countries with claimed validity rates of 20-99% on marketplaces including HYPER MARKET, Shel-bz.pro, BigStash, and SwipeStore.cx between September 24-30, 2026
  • Vendor 'Daksowl' allegedly operated across seven dark web markets simultaneously, offering RDP access to US/UK/Japan systems, SOCKS5 proxies from major ISPs (Comcast, Sprint, AT&T), 800+ SSN fullz, Canadian fullz, and banking credentials from Bank of America and Chase
  • DOC-SHOP marketplace allegedly listed 26,645 fullz records, 6,655 compromised bank credentials targeting major US financial institutions (Citibank, Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, American Express), and 2,466 retail/airline accounts (Best Buy, Costco, Delta, Southwest, Ticketmaster)
  • Actor 'ZopStormeTeme' allegedly advertised comprehensive fraud services on CryptBB including SimSwap attacks, social media hacking, crypto drainers, casino/pig butchering schemes, and developer services for hire with 24-hour response times
  • The criminal infrastructure allegedly includes automated validation tools (auto-checkers), refund policies for invalid data, referral programs with cryptocurrency payouts, and multi-platform presence across Tor and clearnet domains, indicating mature commercial operations
